In order to achieve the unthinkable or what seems to be an unreachable dream, a plan must first be made and goals must be set in place. WRITE YOUR VISION – MAKE IT PLAIN! Some may be short term goals (i.e. a 4-week detox or 21-day fasting plan) and some may be long-term goals (i.e. to save money to buy a home, to lose 25 lbs or to earn a Bachelors or Master’s Degree). Most of these goals listed will not be a walk in the park.
There’s a verse in a song that goes “IN ORDER TO GET WHAT YOU NEVER HAD – YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING YOU’VE NEVER DONE!” This is soooo true. I can attest to that! Earning m PhD was definitely not a walk in the part. However, without getting goals and visualizing those goals – I would not have gotten through the process. While it may take discipline, hard work, sacrifice and commitment – IT CAN BE DONE – YOU CAN DO IT!
